Chinese food craftsman makes lotus flowers with radishes
A Chinese food craftsman made intricate lotus flowers from radishes.
Footage shows the food artist carving ornate lotus blooms out of the vegetables in Shaoxing City in Zhejiang, China, on September 22.
He said: 'It's a delicate piece of sculpture art. The flower petals are made of slices of daikon radish, while the lotus seedpod is created from a part of a green radish.'
