This is the heartwarming moment a toddler was able to see clearly for the first time when he received a pair of glasses.

Delighted 2-year-old toddler Elon Siegfred Quiwa had struggled with his vision before it was finally diagnosed by an optician in Pampanga, the Philippines, on October 22.

Footage shows Hana, the mother of the child, putting the blue pair of glasses onto her son.

Elon burst into a broad smile as he took in his now crystal-clear surroundings. Moments later, he took off the glasses, but his parent puts them back on multiple times.

Hana said Elon was a premature baby born at just 26 weeks, making him prone to visual impairments. He was born with blurry vision but the glasses have improved his eyesight.
