Parts of Northern Ireland flooded on Tuesday morning, 31 October, after overnight rains hit the area ahead of Storm Ciarán.

Storm Ciarán is expected to hit the British Isles on Wednesday.

Travel was badly affected after many roads in County Down and County Armagh were impassable due to floods.

The Newry Canal also burst its banks on Monday night, leaving many roads closed.

This video was filmed shortly after 7am local time.
