Japan: Huge Crowds Flock To Celebrate 2023 Halloween In Osaka 3
Huge crowds flocked to the popular Osaka spot to experience the famous costume-wearing revelry on Tuesday, October 31, Halloween night.
Since it coincided with the third game of the Japan Series of the Nippon Professional Baseball at Koshien Stadium in Hyogo Prefecture, next to Osaka, more than 200 police were deployed throughout the city to prevent disturbances.
The Ebisubashi Bridge in the Minami district was temporarily closed because it was so crowded that people could not move.
