The Halloween Carnaval returned to West Hollywood this year, after a 4-year hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The event, the first time since 2019, held on Santa Monica Boulevard between N. Doheny Drive and N. La Cienega Boulevard was attended by thousands of revelers in costumes.
