Cow miraculously survives electric shock after biting into power line in China
A cow miraculously survived an electric shock after biting into a power line in northern China.
Shocking CCTV footage filmed in Changchun City in Jilin Province on October 4 shows a cow, upon chomping down on the wire, getting struck by a surge of electricity that sent it tumbling to the ground.
The electrified bovine's moans of distress reverberated across the pasture and drew a crowd of its fellow cattle.
According to the farmer, the power line bitten by the cow resulted in the subsequent electric discharge, causing the incident. He took immediate action, elevating the wires to a safer height to prevent any future bovine brush with danger.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
