Fuel supply in Argentina is slowly returning to normal as a price increase at the pumps was admitted at a negotiating table.
After the shortage suffered throughout the weekend, the Government accepted an increase in the price of gasoline.
The private oil company with state control, YPF, confirmed that it applied an increase of 7.6% as from midnight this Wednesday, November 1st. Raizen, the company that manages the Shell brand, and Axion, also applied similar increases. Trafigura, another large company that manages the Puma brand, applied a different increase of 7.8% on average for gasoline and diesel.
