After a long struggle, the forest department rescued a 9-foot-long giant python that was trapped in a fishing net in southern india.

Fish are being reared on lease in a large lake near Vanapuram in Kallakurichi district. The fish here are caught using nets and traded.
Meanwhile, a 9-foot-long giant python was caught in a fishing net in the lake last night. Seeing this, the public screamed in fear. A large number of people gathered to see the python. The police and fire department reached the spot after getting the information.


A 9 feet long giant python was rescued from the lake which was trapped in a net. Later, after a long struggle, they cut the net and rescued the python. The python was handed over to the forest department.
The python was safely released in the Phut Bhupa Forest near Shankarapuram.
