The National Fire Brigade is continuing its dedicated efforts in Tuscany to assist the local population and address the aftermath of severe weather conditions brought by Storm Ciaran. Since 5 pm on November 2nd, a total of 3,851 rescue operations have been successfully carried out.

A remarkable team of 625 firefighters is tirelessly working in the flood-affected areas of Florence, Pisa, Prato, and Pistoia. Among them, 418 belong to regional commands, and an additional 207 have been deployed as reinforcements from other commands across Italy, operating with 199 vehicles.
