Six people suffered injuries after a school bus rolled off a road and into a ditch in Longtou'an Township, Hunan Province.

Footage from November 3 shows the crash site where the bus belonging to Longtou'an Township Central Primary School was seen on its side.

The vehicle was carrying 15 students, the driver, and a motorist when it crashed off-road. Fortunately, the six who were injured are all in stable conditions.

On November 3, 2023, a traffic accident occurred in Longtou'an Township, Chenxi County, Huaihua City, Hunan Province. A total of 6 people were injured in the accident and no one died.
At 16:45 on the same day, the school bus picking up students from Longtou'an Township Central Primary School rolled over when it reached the Shixikou Village section of the township (the school bus was rated to carry 19 people, but actually carried 17 people, including 1 driver and the following car 1 driver and 15 students), and a total of 6 people were injured in the accident (including 1 driver with fractures, 3 students with fractures, and 2 students with soft tissue contusions). After the accident, the local government and the school immediately sent the injured to the hospital for examination and treatment. Currently, all the injured are in stable condition.
It is understood that the vehicle involved in the accident was purchased by Chenxi County Anxin Auto Transport Service Co., Ltd. in December 2022 and put into operation in February 2023.
The Chenxi County Party Committee and County Government attached great importance to the accident and quickly established a special investigation team. Further investigation into the specific cause of the accident is ongoing, and follow-up related work is being properly handled.
