Pieces of fabric flew through the sky as a severe storm battered Bangkok, Thailand.

Footage taken from a condominium shows the rags of cloth fluttering in the air as strong winds blew through the Thai capital on November 5.

On that day, the Thailand Meteorological Department (TMD) had forecasted that a weak high-pressure system would encompass the upper north and upper northeast regions of Thailand.

Easterly winds were also expected to affect the country, while thundershowers were anticipated across Thailand, with the possibility of morning fog in the north and northeast.

The TMD also anticipated isolated thundershowers for the Bangkok Metropolitan area.
