Southern California Edison issued a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) warning, which could mean more than 73,000 of its customers will be without power.

PSPS warnings are issued when weather conditions, such as high winds, are considered hazardous or pose a wildfire risk.

PSPS warning is issued for Wednesday and reduced to alert for Thursday.

1.5% of Edison's 5 million customers can potentially be without power, here's how it breaks down by county:

Los Angeles County 19,124 customers
Orange County 4,720
Riverside County 15,116 clients
San Bernardino County 16,467 customers
