A dog's face swollen up like Spoony from "Peanuts", an American comic strip, following a snake bite in southern China.

The video was filmed in Meishan City in Sichuan Province on November 3.

The dog's owner, Mr Wang, revealed that a snake had bitten the beagle and then he administered a shot to it.

Remarkably, in a turn of events akin to a miracle, the dog fully recovered three days later, returning to its normal, lively self.

On November 3, 2023, in Meishan, Sichuan, China, a video captured a beagle’s head was severely swollen.

Its face swelled up like a steamed bun, and its eyes were nearly closed due to the swelling.

According to its owner, Mr. Wang, he gave the dog a shot after he found out it had been bitten by a snake and the dog completely recovered three days later.
