Chinese farmer shatters Guinness World Record with gigantic 2.586m scallion
A farmer shattered the Guinness World Record with a gigantic 2.586-metre-long scallion in eastern China.
The incredible video was filmed in the city of Jinan in Shandong Province on November 10.
Song Guangbao, a local farmer from Wangjin Village has achieved this feat by growing an astounding scallion measuring 2.586 metres, breaking the previous record of 2.532 metres set in 2020.
Song has amassed more than 300,000 yuan (£33,700) in prizes.
