On Nov. 10, Chinese President Xi Jinping visited the village of Shuiyuzui in Mentougou District of Beijing to learn about post-flood infrastructure restoration and improvement efforts.

"President Xi visited us despite the cold weather. It's quite cold today, but our hearts are warm. Also, it's very sunny.
