A girl was spotted watching a cartoon played on an enormous LCD television screen attached to an electric tricycle.

According to the filmer Mr Li, he found the sight so intriguing that he decided to record it.

However, this unusual modification of a three-wheeled vehicle has raised eyebrows, particularly in terms of safety and legality.

Authorities from the Inner Huang County Traffic Police Division in Anyang were quick to respond. They emphasised that retrofitting a tricycle in such a manner for use on public roads is strictly prohibited.

The traffic police department has initiated an investigation to verify the authenticity of the video and gather additional information.
