An Italian man fell to his death from a monorail station in Bangkok, Thailand, on Tuesday morning.

Ramadan Razik Sabri, 34, allegedly jumped off the Sanam Pao BTS Skytrain station, seen in the video, during the morning rush hour on November 14.

Phaya Thai district police officers said the incident was reported at 8 am.

They arrived at the scene, where the dead man was splayed on the road. He was wearing a red shirt, jeans, and sneakers, with a green jacket tied around his waist.

Officials said they were contacting the Italian Embassy to coordinate with his relatives.

There was heavy traffic congestion as police directed cars around the scene.

The body has been transported to a hospital for a post-mortem examination.
