2nd Round of Khalistan Referendum Voting in Surrey, BC Canada
The second round of voting took place on October 29, 2023 from 9am - 5pm at the Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara in Surrey, British Columbia. Tens of thousands of voters attended to have their voices heard. This was after the September 2023 vote which saw over 100,000 Sikhs cast their votes.
The voting location is the same Gurdwara at which Sikh leader and activist, Hardeep Singh Nijjar was assassinated in June of this year. Evidence of the assassination leads to the India government and intelligence agency.
