A heroic boy stopped his younger brother from a dangerous scooter slide onto a bustling road in eastern China.

The CCTV footage was filmed in Linyi City in Shandong Province on November 8.

A toddler, just 2 years old, was riding his scooter down a slope when he suddenly lost control because of the steep incline. His elder brother, aged 5, quickly sprang into action, racing towards the young boy with remarkable speed and managed to grab him just in time, preventing a dash into the main road.

On November 8, 2023, in Linyi, Shandong, a surveillance video captured a heart-pounding moment as a little boy rode his toy car downhill to a bustling road, losing control due to the slope.

Seeing the impending danger, his older brother immediately abandoned his bicycle and sprinted toward him, and eventually catching him just in time to prevent any harm before he dashed onto the main road, which was busy with vehicles at that time.

According to their father, the brave boy in the video is just 5 years old while his little brother is less than 3 years old. The parents think highly of the elder brother for his bravery.
