A Pakistani expert of political science and international relations said that the Chinese modernization makes tremendous development achievements, and creates a win-win situation for the world, setting a model for the developing countries.

"Chinese declared that they have eliminated (absolute) poverty from their own country. While on the other hand, if you see in any other developed democracy, you will see a lot of poverty over there. But over there in China, you cannot see this poverty. So I think that the main purpose of democracy is to serve people."

Ahmed believed that Chinese modernization is rooted in thousands of years of Chinese history and culture, focusing on participating in international issues through mutual benefit and win-win cooperation. Chinese modernization has benefited not only China itself, but also the developing countries.
