Feisty Alabama granny chews out store after she says they sold her spoiled ribs

A feisty grandma in Alabama showed she isn't one to be messed around when she called a store to give them a piece of her mind over what she said were spoiled ribs.

The vigorous older lady said the ribs had gone bad, even though a member of staff at the store had insisted they were fresh at the time she bought them.

The store asked her to return with her receipt, which she could not find and didn't understand why she had to since it was clear to her where the ribs had been bought and that they weren't in a good state.

In the face of the store's unbending refusal to consider a refund or replacement without a receipt, the iron-willed grandma vowed to go to the store in person to get a replacement order of ribs.

It is not clear if she managed to get the replacement she wanted or whether the store agreed the ribs were substandard.
