Airport staff hilariously wake up sleeping passenger about to miss flight
Airport staff hilariously woke up a sleeping passenger who was about to miss his flight.
Two employees had to help rouse the dozy tourist as he was almost left behind by AirAsia flight number FD3036 from Phuket to Bangkok on November 10.
Footage shows a worker patting him on the shoulders but he remained dozing. Despite several announcements for passengers to board, the man did not move.
The worker returned later with an AirAsia female ground worker in a red dress who shook the holidaymaker back to life.
Onlooker Aresan Doloh, a ground assistant at Phuket International Airport, said: ‘It took them around 15 minutes to wake him up. Luckily, he was awake in time to board, minutes before the plane took off.'
