Bus passengers covered in SNOW as blizzard blows into vehicle
This is the chilly moment passengered were covered in snow as it seeped in through the busted roof of their bus while it was driving through a blizzard.
Footage shows the commuters in winter clothing patiently sitting on the run-down vehicle in Jilin Province, in north-eastern China, on November 18.
There appeared to be nearly a dozen of them calmly awaiting their stop while the seats were covered in a layer of snow that piled on as it fell through the broken roof.
Seemingly forced to withstand the cold in order to get to work, the commuters had crowded in the front and back of the vehicle to avoid the area where it was snowing the most.
Ms Wang, who captured the footage, said she was riding the bus when she suddenly felt snowflakes fall on her head. The stunned passenger said much of the snow that poured in had piled onto the roof overnight, during a violent storm.
The Jilin City Urban Transport Public Transport Group later said that they were made aware of the incident and that they will rectify the issue.
Northern China has been experiencing severe snow this month amid the winter chill. Heavy snowfall blanketed swathes of the region, forcing airlines to cancel flights, halting trains and shutting schools and roads in the country's first major blizzard of the season.
