Mascot comically falls on stage during college sports event
This is the hilarious moment a mascot slipped on the stage in front of school officials during a college sports event in China.
Footage shows the pupil in bright green pants jogging onto the platform to greet the esteemed guests watching the opening ceremony in Jilin province on September 8.
However, in his eagerness, the mascot tripped on the steps and faceplanted on the floor.
The student picked himself up and carried on shaking the faculty's hands, then rejoined the parade on the school field.
