Girl holds up placard in attempt to find boyfriend for Chinese New Year
A funny video has emerged from China of a girl standing on the street holding a board in a quirky attempt to find a boyfriend.
The footage, filmed in Mianyang, Sichuan Province last Sunday, shows the girl standing in a park holding a board in her hands, which says “do you want to go back home with me to celebrate the Chinese new year” on it.
Several men passing by say they want to be her boyfriend, but she refuses because of her high standards.
According to the girl, her parents asked her to find a boyfriend so she used this bizarre method to try to find a temporary boyfriend to go back home and celebrate the Chinese new year with.
