The second Sindh Moorat march brought a large number of transgender people to the Frere Hall lawn - red and light blue, pink and white striped transgender pride flags - from the city and across the province, including Sukkur, Larkana and Hyderabad, on Sunday. The first Moorat march was held at the same place and around the same time last year as well.

As explained in the arrangement, a second march had to be organized because many of the demands made the first time were still unfulfilled. Karachi Mayor Barrister Murtaza Wahab to the march. "My presence at this march today is proof that the Pakistan People's Party stands for equal opportunities for all communities," the mayor said.
