Heavy rain drenched the central Philippines, causing flooding on Tuesday 21 November.

Southern Luzon and neighbouring island Samar were particularly badly hit.

Nearly 800 people were evacuated from their homes, even as some kids made the most of the situation by playing in the floodwaters despite the danger.

The video shows inundated streets in Bulan, Sorsogon Province.

Due to shear line and Northeast monsoon affecting Southern Part of Luzon and Samar, Philippines over 739 individual evacuated from their home because of flooding. Flooded river become a playground of some students regardless the possible catastrophe happen.
