Frog makes bid for freedom while being used in medical school lab
A frog made a bid for freedom while being used in biology lab class.
The amphibian was bought from the market and taken to a school laboratory where it tried to escape students in Batangas province, the Philippines, on November 10.
Footage shows the animal being passed around the room before it tried to leap off a girl's hand. The frog almost slipped off except for its legs, which remained in the student's tight grip.
Psychology student Mardhi Bernadeth Cruzat said: ‘We were tasked to hold it for five seconds for the class, but we were worried that it would jump around. It almost escaped.'
