A live cockroach was found in a man's ear during a cleaning in eastern China.

The video was filmed in Shanghai on November 22.

A man woke up to an uncomfortable sensation in his ear. Concerned, he decided to seek help at a local ear-cleaning salon to relieve his discomfort.

As the ear-cleaning master, Mr Tian, began his routine examination, he was met with an unexpected surprise. To his shock and amazement, he found a live cockroach nestled deep within the man's ear canal.

In his many years of experience, Tian had never encountered such a peculiar situation.

With the precision and skill that comes from years of practice, Mr Tian carefully used specialised tools to extract the cockroach from the man's ear.

Once the cockroach was safely removed from the ear, the man's discomfort vanished almost instantly.
