On November 16, 2023, a photographer captured the amazing sight of a huge circular ice pan appearing on the Chuoer River in the winter beauty Yakeshi City of Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia.

The perfect circle ice disc in the video measured about 20 meters in diameter and slowly rotated counterclockwise as the water flowed around the bend in the river, making people marvel at the magic of nature.

According to media reports, these marvelous ice discs are usually found at the outer bends of rivers, where the ice is cut off by the accelerating flow of water and after constant friction with the surroundings forms a wonderfully perfect ice circle.
