STORYLINE:

East China's Jiangxi Province on Thursday promoted its cultural tourism through an exhibition in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. 

The event attracted viewers from Chinese overseas and Tanzanians as well.
   
Jiangxi is rich in natural resources with its national scenic spots, and the largest freshwater Poyang Lake in China, boasting abundant animal and plant resources.
   
Noel Lwoga, the director general of the National Museum of Tanzania where the event was held, said the event showcased the natural beauty and culture of Jiangxi.

"This event showcases the natural beauty and culture of Chinese Jiangxi Province, it therefore promotes further exchanges and cooperation between Jiangxi Province and Tanzania, and lets more people understand and love Jiangxi's magnificent scenery and its profound cultural heritage, and actually this event builds friendship between people of the two countries that means Tanzania and China."

Chen Mingjian, the Chinese ambassador to Tanzania, said in recent years, Jiangxi and Tanzania have maintained friendly relations and carried out extensive cooperation and exchange in the fields of economy, trade, tourism, culture, and other fields.

"Since the beginning of this year, people-to-people and cultural exchanges between our two countries have continued to develop, the direct flights between Guangzhou, China, and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania have increased to three times one week.
Further facilitating personal exchanges the cultural and people-to-people exchange and cooperation between our two countries cover many fields such as culture, education, sports, arts, and cultural relics protection, what is more, I would like to emphasize tourism."
