STORYLINE:
The 12th edition of an annual contest to recite classical works of Chinese literature for Mongolian middle school students was held in Mongolia's capital Ulan Bator on Friday.
A total of 103 students from 14 schools across Mongolia participated in the contest organized by the Confucius Institute at the National University of Mongolia and sponsored by the Chinese Embassy in Mongolia.
Batzaya Batzorig, a 12-grade male student of Khishig school in Ulan Bator, won the first place in the contest with "The Letter to Ren An."
