More than 100 people have been charged after climate activists on kayaks blockaded the coal port in Newcastle, Australia, on November 26.

Organisers Rising Tide said that a 97-year-old reverend was among those arrested by police.

"If charged, Reverend Alan Stuart will be the oldest person ever charged in Australia," they claimed.
