On Thanksgiving eve, a culinary experiment unfolded as four enthusiasts, Eric, Mr. MT, Lo, and Bo Reed, affectionately known as "the four stooges," gathered to cook the oddest meal.

With a limited culinary background and two YouTube videos moments before beginning, they embarked on a two-day journey, determined to cook a gator jambalaya.

They wrapped the gator with bacon, as the gator hit the grill, a blend of anticipation and intrigue filled the air. The gator was masterfully seasoned and smoked to perfection.

On thanksgiving eve the four stooges (my dad (Eric), uncle 1 (Mr.MT) uncle 2 (Lo), uncle 3 (Bo Reed) got together and decided to concoct an experiment instead of a traditional turkey. They culinary “training” background was two YouTube videos halfway watched, three minutes before starting the gator. This was a two day process and honestly me nor anyone else in the family had faith it would be successful. After giving the gator a bacon blanket we were even more intrigued with how far they were taking it. After a while it hit the grill and the four stooges had it looking and smelling good. Once dinner was finally served as seen in the video, it was slaughtered. Immaculate seasoning, creativity, and smoked to perfection.
