Video filmed in Linyi, Shandong on November 19 shows the owner feeding her feline with a hat made of a mask.
In Chinese tradition, the first 40 days after birth are called “sitting the month”, which is a period for the confinement of the frail mother. Thus the owner made a windproof hat for the cat to prevent it from getting cold.
