This is the impressive moment a birthday girl held her cake vertically to show it off for pictures.

Charvey celebrated her 20th birthday, proudly holding the cake like a certificate, without it even falling, in a restaurant in Davao City, the Philippines, on November 19.

Footage shows her friends singing 'Happy Birthday' while she carried and displays the chocolate cake upright with a lit candle. She then lifts the dessert in front of her face.

After her friends sang, she paused for a moment to make a wish and blew out the candle.

Marie Abegayle Antonette Taculod, the celebrant's girlfriend, said: 'We decided to have an early celebration of my girlfriend's birthday with our closest friends since we planned to head to Siargao beach for her 20th birthday.

'Perhaps, she was a bit too caught up in the joy of the moment, surrounded by the people she loves.'
