This video captured on November 10 at a picturesque valley within a scenic area in Zhoushan, Zhejiang shows water droplets floating upwards. The water in the Fanyin Cave of Mount Putuo seemed to defy gravity and splashed high in the air, looking like flower petals drifting upwards.

According to media, the spectacle is produced by wind blowing across the still surface of the water, causing water droplets to move. Netizens have added that this view does not happen every time, but only on breezy days after rain when there is plenty of water from the mountain springs.

Mount Putuo is an island in the Zhoushan Archipelago. It is also one of the four famous Buddhist mountains in China and the ashram of Guanyin Bodhisattva.
