A Rickshaw Driver Flees Cyclist's Wrath Following Road Rage Incident today Wednesday, November the 29th at Leicester Square, after the rickshaw was involved in a collision with the cyclist. The cyclist lashed out at the rickshaw rider and as they telephoned the police to arrive, the rickshaw driver decided to flee the scene. The cyclist and a witness to the incident chased after the rickshaw driver who fled the scene.
