‘I lost a stone in three weeks the lazy way with THESE four simple rules,’ says woman, 25

A woman has shared the “lazy” method she used to lose over a stone in just three weeks – following just four simple rules.

Norah Harts says she used a series of easy lifestyle tweaks to shed 15lbs in a short timeframe, with her tips going viral on TikTok.

Her clip has over 670,000 views and 65,000 likes, and the 25-year-old believes they are perfect for people who don’t enjoy the gym.

“My ‘lazy’ weight loss tips are super simple but super effective and show fast results,” Norah, from Atlanta, Georgia, US, told NeedToKnow.co.uk.

“Instead of restrictive diets, intense workout plans, and unrealistic expectations, there are only four ‘rules’ that I follow for my journey.”

For Norah, the rules are no alcohol, no fast food, plenty of water, and finding an easy and enjoyable way to stay active.

The relationship coach said: “I chose to start running and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with my morning runs.

“It’s just about going back to the basics and taking care of your body and mental health by taking time to be more mindful about what you’re consuming on a day-to-day basis.

“Every small lifestyle change I’ve made has helped significantly, and even just cutting out alcohol, I noticed a huge difference in how bloated I was and even my facial structure is less inflamed.

“I have found these small changes are much easier than more traditional methods of weight loss.

“When I think of traditional weight loss plans I think of calorie counting, unsatisfying meal plans, long days at the gym, and watching the scale too closely.

“All of those things do work but it takes enjoyment out of your everyday routine, and to me personally, I think losing weight is about having a happy, healthy lifestyle and a healthy mental state.”

Norah claims to have lost 15lbs in the three weeks since she started following the four rules.

She said: “I definitely can feel a difference [since starting].

“I had to go shopping this week for pants that fit me because my old jeans were too loose for me now.

“I’m starting to enjoy picking out my outfits for the day again and overall, I feel more energised and positive in my own skin.”

TiKTokers can’t get enough of her weight loss approach.

Norah titled the clip: “How I’ve lost 15lbs in three weeks as a lazy girly who doesn’t like to work out.”

One person shared: “Let’s do it! I’m trying to lose 20 more lbs by Jan and I lost 50 this year so far.”

“I loved this,” said another fan.
