Woman with TWO VAGINAS reveals how she navigates relationships – with boyfriend ‘claiming’ one of them

A woman born with two uteruses and cervixes has revealed how she and her boyfriend have a rule – keeping one for him, and the other for her work creating adult content.

Annie Charlotte, 24, from Surrey, previously made headlines after revealing she was diagnosed with uterus didelphys when she went to get a contraceptive coil fitted at 16.

The medical phenomenon means that, incredibly, the model could conceive two babies with two different men at the same time.

She also has two periods – something she manages with contraception – and says both are “completely functional”.

After finding love this year, Annie revealed she and her boyfriend have come up with a rather quirky boundary in the relationship.

“We have a rule: one vagina is for work, and the other is for him,” Annie, who works as an OnlyFans model, told NeedToKnow.co.uk.

She met her partner in February and says he has been “incredibly supportive”.

She said: “He’s amazing, we’re really happy.

“I didn’t tell him about my condition until after we had sex for the first time.

“He reacted with shock and then he asked me a ton of questions and was super curious.

“It was more just curiosity more than anything, and then he said ‘I want to claim one, I want one for me and then you can use the other one for work’ – and that was how we got the arrangement!”

As for pregnancy concerns, Annie said: “I’m too busy to be thinking about kids, but I think in future, pregnancy is going to be so tough for me with my condition and I think it’s been off-putting.

“It’s not something I’ve been thinking about because of all the complications.

“It’s something I’m incredibly nervous about.”

Annie also uses the condition to her advantage as a unique selling point, and has earned £1 million on her OnlyFans page.

While she has now embraced her condition wholeheartedly, it wasn’t always so easy for the model to accept.

She previously told NeedToKnow.co.uk of the day she was diagnosed: “I went with a friend to get a contraceptive coil fitted, the nurse was poking around down there and made a confused and surprised sound – which wasn’t the most encouraging thing for a young woman to hear when that sort of thing is happening.

“The nurse got a doctor and it went down a gynaecology route, and this male doctor told me what it was in a very matter-of-fact way, and that was it.

“It wasn’t great to hear.

“I was told that having children would be very difficult and would include having lots of hospital visits and eventually giving birth preterm by C-section, as the foetus wouldn’t have enough space to be carried to full term.

“I was also told that there would be a chance of multiple miscarriages.

“I’m scared to have children or try to conceive – it’s something I’ve had worries about for a long time.

“I was a young woman, I was just starting to become interested in dating and exploring different parts of my body and I was suddenly told it was different to everyone else’s.

“As a teenager, you want to be ‘normal’, and being told you weren’t, was really quite scary.

“I went off the rails a little, I didn’t tell anyone anything, and I found it difficult to speak to my mum about it.”

Luckily, by the time she went to university to study philosophy and religion a few years ago, Annie had learnt to open up – even using the quip ‘I have two vaginas’ as an ice breaker.

She said: “I really started to accept it. I stopped looking at it as a medical issue, and all the problems that could arise from having children, and instead something that was just a super-cool aspect of myself because of people’s reactions, they would be shocked but also so interested.

“Now, I’ve completely embraced it and accepted it as part of myself, and I’ve never been more confident.”
