A body modification fanatic dubbed the “most modified man in the world” has revealed the next step in his transformation – a zipper tattoo to emulate a “human body suit”.

Marcelo “B-Boy” De Souza Ribeiro is known for his eccentric inkings and invasive body modifications, including fanged metal teeth, skin implants and a split tongue.

Over the years, he’s spent an estimated £30,000 on his transformation to resemble an “alien devil” and believes that 98% of his body has been altered.

Previously, he revealed his latest procedures – removing his index finger, splitting his hand in half and removing excess muscle and skin – in a bid to have extra terrestrial hands.

Now, the 41-year-old has debuted the next part of the process, with a zipper tattoo to emulate the look of a “human body suit”.

“The look I was hoping for was to have a tattoo that would give the appearance of the mouth being opened via a zip,” Marcelo, a tattoo artist, told http://NeedToKnow.co.uk .

“I’ve looked for references on body modifications in the mouth and I couldn’t find anything like it.

“It’s on the left side of my face and I think the result is different and quite interesting.

“At first glance, I thought it was a [unique] tattoo that would draw attention.

“People are impressed with the [look] and I don’t regret it at all.

“It’s one of the tattoos and body modifications I like the most.”

Marcelo, who has over 1,500 tattoos, claims the inking took around nine hours to complete and was a seven out of 10 on the pain scale.

He plans to finalise the look with a small, deep cut along the zipper, in a bid to create the illusion of his “human body suit” being opened.

Previously, he revealed the reactions he gets from the public about his controversial look, as well as from his family.

The 41-year-old, from São Paulo, Brazil, added: “I’m happy with what I’ve done and my family won’t stop me because they know I work on my body and look.

“I always get attention wherever I go and people are always curious to know if the [modifications] are real.

“They take photos and make videos of me.

“People are usually delighted and surprised to see so many tattoos.

“I don't even miss my index finger and all my modifications already seem so natural.

“It feels like I was born this way.”
