A woman has revealed how she has inked over 75% of her body –with people comparing her to a colouring book.

Omi, better known as @flowmi.ink online, is a content creator and tattoo enthusiast with over 134,000 followers on Instagram.

The 28-year-old has loved body modifications for as long as she can remember – getting her first tattoo just seven years ago.

Since then, she’s spent over £10,000 and covered three-quarters of her body in her art – with plenty of viral videos on social media to show it off.

“I got into metal music when I just turned a teenager and I noticed that many band members had art all over their body,” Omi, from Ontario, Canada, told NeedToKnow.co.uk.

“I was amazed by it and that's when I knew that’s what I wanted to look like to when I was older.

“Therefore I got my first tattoo at 21, it was a Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn piece.

“I don’t know the exact number [I’ve spent on my tattoos] but I could probably buy a decent car outright with the amount I’ve spent [which I estimate to be around £10,000].”

Omi is used to getting attention both offline and online with people frequently commenting on her tattoos.

While many fans are intrigued, she’s also suffered some trolling and “dirty looks”.

Omi said: “I have only received positive compliments in person [but] maybe a few dirty looks, or sometimes people cross the street to not pass beside me.

“A lot of people appreciate the quality of my artwork and the vibrant colours.

“Online it’s easier for people to troll and in the past, I’ve been told I ruined my body and that I look like a children's colouring book.

“But I’d never let those comments stop me, I love art and I love my body.”

In a recent video posted on Instagram, Omi shocked her followers after she revealed her back.

The video starts with the influencer covering her back with a hoodie, captioned: “What’s your favourite scary movie?” – a classic horror line.

Then she lifts the jumper up to showcase the ink.

Mostly in black, white and a tint of red, it features famous horror movie characters including Pennywise, Michael Myers, Slenderman, Ghostface, Chucky and Jigsaw.

The post has so far gained 2,690 likes, as well as thousands of comments from fans.

Tara said: “This is absolutely perfect. So dope!”

Brit added: “Amazing artist right there!”

Alex commented: “I literally just fell in love.”

“Amazing work,” said Brett.

“Too sick!!! Love it!” Edward added.

“I AM IN LOVE,” commented Clemente.

“I'm appropriately speechless. Mad respect and admiration,” wrote Douglas.
