Brand new US college building floods through ceilings
Footage of severe flooding through the ceilings of a brand new university building in Pennsylvania, US on Wednesday.
The filmer Joel Kremer wrote online: "The new humanities building was open for only two days before the emergency alarm went off. I ran outside to the opposite end and I could see water pouring from the ceiling.
"Classes were shut down for a couple of hours after the incident and classes were resumed, but not before leaving the IUP students stunned at what just happened."
