A woman was horrified after biting into a “raw” chicken burger from a fast food chain.

Nairombi Marshall says she made the “sickening” discovery after ordering a Mother Cruncher burger from a Checkers restaurant in Memphis, Tennessee.

After eating half of the food, she claims she was met with an uncooked chicken breast – with pictures showing the meat looking pink and raw.

Nairombi shared a video of her reaction to the meal on TikTok, which went viral with one million views and 225,000 likes.

“It’s sickening,” she told NeedToKnow.co.uk.

“I ordered a Mother Cruncher chicken sandwich from a Checkers in Memphis.

“I originally went for a Big Buford but they said that’s all they had, so I settled for that.

“I was eating it in the dark and midway I put the light on and realised the chicken was raw!”

She shared the harrowing experience on TikTok, where she visibly shuddered with distress.

In the clip, she says: “It wasn’t tasting right, like the texture was f***ed up.”

She then shows the burger on camera, with a fleshy raw-looking centre, before adding: “I already ate half!”

Viewers were equally disturbed by the find.

One person commented: “This is exactly why I can’t eat in the dark.”

“I would’ve ripped my stomach apart seeing that,” said another viewer.

Another user added: “Reasons why I don’t eat in the dark, I would go crazy.”

“The way I would have cried,” said someone else.

Another viewer said: “GO TO THE HOSPITAL NOW.”

Nairombi claims Checkers followed her on TikTok have “have yet to reach out about the situation”.

Jam Press has contacted Checkers for comment.
