I was on my way back home around 12.15AM on 30 April 2022, and on the way home I needed to pay for a toll. The toll that I went through is called myRFID and was recently implemented few years ago. Until today, the toll is having common issue where some drivers will not able be to pass through the toll even if the drove very carefully. In the video, the driver of the Perodua Myvi was seen performing multiple correction attempts by reversing and driving through to get the myRFID reader to scan the tag (usually placed on the headlights). The driver made 3 attempts of correction and gave up on the correction attempts and decided to plough through the boom gate which was recorded for the first time in Malaysia. Hence, there are sudden uproar within the netizen claiming that myRFID still has major flaws and yet the government did not try to do anything.
