Pallets of bamboo loaded onto plane in Edinburgh, UK returning Edinburgh Zoo pandas to China

Footage of a pallet loaded with bamboo set to join the Edinburgh Zoo pandas on their return flight to China.
Bamboo could also be seen poking out of the bottom of one of the crates.
The pandas have been in quarantine since the start of November and will also spend time in quarantine when they arrive in China, where they will live at a sanctuary in Chengdu.
The pandas arrived at Edinburgh Zoo in December 2011 and the agreement with the China Wildlife Conservation Association has now come to an end.
It had been hoped female panda Tian Tian and male Yang Guang would breed while at the zoo, but they did not produce a cub.
