This is the bizarre moment a Chinese man was seen styling his hair with a cigarette lighter in public restroom.
The local was seen standing in front of a mirror in the toilet and burning the back of his hair. He then pats it down to style it.
Residents suggested he applied the technique so that he could avoid going to the hairdresser's and getting a traditional hairdo in order to save money.
The video was captured in the city of Nanchang, Jiangxi province, China, on Sunday, December 3.
