Presidential spokesman Manuel Adorni debuted in his role with a press conference at Casa Rosada. It was the first of Javier Milei's administration and, as confirmed by the official himself, the round of questions will be held every day at 9 am. "There is no money, it is not a phrase made up", he launched as a first definition.

"Respect for journalism and freedom of opinion for me are non-negotiable. The economic challenges are enormous, the Argentine tax system is one of the challenges. We all know that the tax system in Argentina is unviable.
"The public employee must be valued, it is President Milei's decision to value the public employee. The great majority of people who work in the State are valid, necessary, and have often been left aside. What we do not agree with, and we are going to fight against, is what is called 'militant employment', which is politically motivated and does not contribute anything. Not only that it does not contribute but it takes away, because it took away productivity, salary and functions from the employee who wants to work, who would give life for the State, who defends Argentina as he should."
