Pigs spooked by firecrackers dashed onto a bride's bed in a bizarre wedding twist in southern China.

The video was filmed in Luzhou City in Sichuan Province on December 11.

A wedding day took an unexpected turn when three pigs, startled by the loud firecrackers of the wedding procession, scampered onto the bed where the bride was sitting.

The groom swiftly came to her rescue, sweeping her off the bed amidst the chaos. The photographer at the scene, Mr Yi, clarified that this incident was not a part of local customs. It was a sheer accident caused by the pigs panicking and inadvertently seeking refuge on the bed.
