The Flying Dinosaur ride at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka stopped midair on Thursday, December 14 when its safety system was engaged, leaving it hanging upside down.

There were 32 people on the roller coaster and they were trapped upside down 40 metres in the air for nearly an hour. There were no reports of injuries.
